Application Method:-
1. Clean the surface to avoid dirt, oil, grease, dust or any other loose particles.
2. Mix Resin & Hardener with ratio of 2.5 times resin than hardener. After proper mixing, add filler in the mixture
to make consistent paste with the help of drill machine with suitable arrangement for uniform paste formation
(Filler quantity can be variable as per paste application on floor or wall).
3. Do not add more resin/hardener in paste to increase pot life.
4. Use the flat side of trowel to apply paste on mating parts.
5. Use notched side of trowel (Square notched trowel of 6mm) at 45° to comb the paste on mating parts.
6. Press the tile on substrate & slide it to ensure proper paste filling between both for good initial bonding.
Clean this area after application.
7. Do not use tile installation area before 24 hrs. Grouting can be done after 24 hrs.
