Grout Admix (MAX AG-1)

It is Polymer formulated liquid form admixture which is specially designed to mix with polymer grout in place of water to improve bonding strength, water resistance property & make dense joints 

Application:- It can be used with grout (Sanded/Unsanded) to fill gaps in ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, mosaic tiles, stones etc in wall/floor & interior/exterior surfaces. Before application, area needs to be clean. 

Substrate:- 

1. Cement Plaster 

 2. Cement Mortar Beds 

 3. Concrete 

 4. Concrete Masonry 

 5. Brick Masonry 

 6. Fill gaps in ceramic, vitrified, mosaic tiles, stones etc 

Application Method:-   

1. Clean the surface to avoid dirt, oil, grease, dust or any other loose particles. 

 2. Take grout admix 25-30% of grout by weight. Always add grout into grout admix. 

 3. Mix the above mixture with the help of drill machine with suitable arrangement to mix the grout with 

     grout admix for uniform paste formation. 

 4. After paste formation put the paste for 2 minutes to make grout mature. 

 5. Do not add grout admix in paste to increase pot life. 

 6. Use the flat side of trowel to apply paste in gaps. 

 7. Use wet scrub/cotton clothe in clockwise & anticlockwise motion to clean tiles immediately after grout application. 

 8. Do not use grout filling area before 24 hrs.
