Tile Fixer (MAX TF-1)

It is Polymer formulated powder form product. It is specially designed to mix with cement for improved bonding performance. Mixture can be mixed with water to install small & medium size ceramic floor tiles in interior areas using thin set method of application. Adhesive admix in place of water can be used for performance improvement.

 Application:- It is specially designed to fix ceramic tiles on floor in dry areas & can be used up to maximum bed thickness of 12mm. Before application, area needs to be clean & roughened. 

 Substrate:- 

 1. Cement Plaster 

 2. Cement Mortar Beds 

 3. Concrete 

 4. Concrete Masonry 

 5. Brick Masonry 

 Application Method:- 

 1. Clean the surface to avoid dirt, oil, grease, dust or any other loose particles 

 2. Ensure for surface flatness for application with the help of surface leveller. 

     Please ensure surface variations should not be more than 12 mm.       

 3. Mix tile fixer with cement as per packaging ratio (300 gram tile fixer pouch for 50 kg cement bag) 

 4.Take clean water 20-25% of above mixture by weight & always add mixture into water 

 5. Mix the above mixture with the help of adhesive mixer for uniform paste formation 

 6. After paste formation put the paste for 2 minutes to make adhesive mature 

 7. Do not add more water in paste to increase pot life 

 8. Use the flat side of trowel to apply paste on mating parts 

 9. Use notched side of trowel (Square notched trowel of 6mm) at 45°to comb the paste on mating parts 

 10. Press the tile on substrate & slide it to ensure proper paste filling between both for good initial bonding. 

       Clean this area after application. 

 11. Do not use tile installation area before 24 hrs. Grouting can be done after 24 hrs.
