Adhesive Admix (MAX AA-1)

It is Polymer formulated liquid form admixture. It is specially designed to mix with adhesive in place of water for improved bonding performance. Type of adhesive will be decided as per the application need. By using adhesive admix, all kind of tiles, stones, mosaic tiles can be fixed with excellent bonding strength. 

Application:- It is specially designed to fix any kind of tiles, stones etc on floor/wall, interior/exterior surfaces & in dry/wet areas. Paste   can be used up to maximum bed thickness of 12mm. Before application, area needs to be clean & roughened. 

 Substrate:-

  1. Cement Plaster

  2. Cement Mortar Beds 

  3. Concrete 

  4. Concrete Masonry 

  5. Brick Masonry 

 Application Method:- 

1. Clean the surface to avoid dirt, oil, grease, dust or any other loose particles 

 2. Ensure for surface flatness for adhesive application with the help of surface leveller. 

     Please ensure surface variations should not be more than 12 mm. 

 3. Take adhesive admix 20-25% of adhesive by weight & always add adhesive into adhesive admix 

 4. Mix the above mixture with the help of drill machine with suitable arrangement to mix the adhesive 

     with Admix for uniform paste formation. 

 5. After paste formation put the paste for 2 minutes to make adhesive mature. 

 6. Do not add adhesive admix in paste to increase pot life. 

 7. Use the flat side of trowel to apply paste on mating parts 

 8. Use notched side of trowel (Square notched trowel of 6mm) at 45° to comb the paste on mating parts. 

9. Press the tile on substrate & slide it to ensure proper paste filling between both for good initial

    bonding. Clean this area  after application.   

10. Do not use tile installation area before 24 hrs. Grouting can be done after 24 hrs.
